Casual Chef's and Cooks in DOVER HEIGHTS, New South Wales

The Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel, is currently under refurbishment and will be the newest venue to hit Sydney's 2013/2014 summer. We are looking for quite a few casual chef's/cooks to join our team for the summer.
We have a great cross selection of position available and are very flexible with how many hours we require
All staff must have
- Must have a valid work permit
- Needs to be available for Saturday and Sunday shifts (AM and PM)
-Be prepared to work public holidays.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- A previous track record of working in a busy restaurant or pub
Have the ability to work in an extremenly faced paced environment
- As a team based venue, we require our staff to work in all aspects of the kitchen-- A very sociable, friendly, welcoming personality & can do attitude
- Desire to create memorable experiences for our guests and exceed expectations
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
